„Very rough around the edges for the cost. Home not in great shape. Fridge wouldn’t keep contents cold. Backyard and screened in porch need work. “

„Amazing place!!! Love love love!!! Great bed!!!! Loved everything!!! Great host and communication!!!! Definitely coming back!!!“

„This place is amazing! The host met us at the door and gave us first hand instructions for the property. We got a huge surprise when we got inside and found a fridge full of breakfast items. Amazing. I highly recommend this home for anyone that wants to be close to the Grand Rapids area but still be in a quiet subdivision.“

„This was the perfect, quiet, private place for our family over our son’s wedding weekend. Lots of bathrooms and sleeping spots, and all the best things to unwind lakeside when the wedding was over.“

„From the listing, I expected Sarah’s place to be fun and cute, but I didn’t know it would be THAT cute!! We loved our stay in Grand Rapids … what a great respite from wedding weekend activities. Thanks, Sarah for sharing such a charming place through VRBO!“

„The house was great and had a variety of activities to keep my teens busy. We did have to rewash the sheets but that was it. The hosts were very responsive to any issue we had. There was a nice bird nest in the backyard we enjoyed watching. The Mother bird was nesting on some eggs.“

„overall it's a nice place. Pool was quite cold. I would suggest to the host that he replace the kitchen trash can...it's a bad set up....also one more large green trash can would be good....not enough room in one when you have 9 people in a home. We overflowed it and then had a fly problem...ugh! putting it out to the road for pickup was a mess too. I also would like to suggest to the host maybe considering new mattresses....all in all it was a good place for the money.“

„Host was responsive and the home was charming“

„We were here with our 4 grandchildren. We had a great time, the house was clean, the beds comfortable. We did have a problem with the air-conditioning, which our host Michael called a professional and had it fixed for us that evening.“

„Property and communication were great. Cody and Sergio were very helpful. We had a lovely time.“

„We really enjoyed our stay at Justin's VRBO property. The house was exactly as advertised and so clean with every detailed thought of to enhance our stay. If you're looking for a spot in the Grand Rapids/Holland, MI area, consider renting with Justin. As a host Justin was very responsive.“

„Great place too stay right down road to the wedding we attended, very clean would stay again.“

„Wonderful home, clean and comfortable. Great location.“

„Great house! The pool and game room were perfect! The whole house was clean, bedding was clean and the house was cozy. Easy messaging on the app to the host. We definitely will be booking again but we will probably bring the kids the next time we book. Our kids would have loved it here but this was an adult trip for this visit.“

„The house was perfect for except for the following: there were not any dish towels or dish cloths, the silverware was a mix of different patterns and had sharp edges, the plastic style plates and bowls s/b upgraded to non plastic plates bowls & glasses. We went to Meijer and purchased dish towels, dish cloths, as well as plates & bowls. I would also suggest a new set of pots & pans, a set of dish towels & dish cloths and a new set of silverware. The location of this property was perfect for ...

„Very good experience. The community space is excellent (living kitchen w/islands) - easy to gather. Beds very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Plenty of parking. Would recommend.“

„This little cabin was the absolute perfect place to stay! So charming and probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!!“
