Welcome to the beach! Right on the sandbar of Long Lake. This home is a great place to host gatherings and getaway to the lake. Nice amenities and enough room to relax. The large living room that opens up to a lovely 3 seasons room offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. 7min to Alpena for shopping. Close to Rockport & Presque Isle light houses. A unique place for a vacation & to make family memories. On an all sports lake with perch & wayelle fishing.
The space
We have been working to renovate this house. We have painted added updated fixtures, appliances and some flooring. Older flooring may have stains in rooms, it remains unreplaced. The listing will continue to be updated as we continue to make updates.
Guest access
We have a dock, you can launch boats nearby. We do have pontoon rental options. We have some personal items in the garage and a few locked closets for personal storage other then that the house, yard and beach area is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
The house is nice but it is not perfect. We enjoyed it this summer and feel it is in a spot we can offer to other guests to enjoy when we are not staying there. The upstairs carpet needs to be replaced at the moment, but it is in usable condition as we had it professionally cleaned, but it has some staining that isn't particularly eye-catching.
