There is NOT Central air in this home. There are window ac units in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

All linens and towels will be provided.

Guests can enjoy free high speed internet with wi-fi and USB equipped table lamps in the bedrooms.
You will have full access to the home. All bedrooms are located upstairs, as well as the office and second bathroom.

We live nearby and are readily available if you should need anything during your stay. We are very quick to respond to messages, and look forward to providing a wonderful stay for our guests.

The Bi-Path is near by, and many enjoy bringing their bikes to get around.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Ceilings at the top and bottom of stairs can be low for taller people...please watch your head. Also, as with older homes, upstairs bedroom ceilings may be at different angles in areas...see pictures for details.

There is not cable TV at the home, but there are smart tvs so you can stream using your own accounts.
