„Amazing stay! I’d definitely stay again! I stayed with my husband and son and we had the best time and truly didn’t want to leave !“

„Beautiful property. Excellent management. Gay friendly“

„Wonderful stay at Pauline’s Apartments! The studio was cleaned every day, which was an excellent extra and greatly added to our comfort. Beach chairs were provided. Every unit has its own outdoor sitting area, along with a shared community space featuring hammocks and a large table for everyone to use. Stephan is an awesome host and his cleaning team is equally fantastic.“

„Bubali Bliss offered a pleasant stay, especially given its location with a supermarket and the beach in walking distance. The room was well-maintained and clean, with a comfortable bed, a spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. We enjoyed sitting on our patio with view in the tropical garden with pool. The staff were particularly helpful and attentive with lots of local tips and went above and beyond to assist with our requests. Can't wait to come back again.“

„Sehr schönes, modernes und gepflegtes Hotel. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Lage, Parkplätze vorhanden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.“

„Amazing service everything clean and we love it the place and everything around“

„Great, affordable stay!“

„Zimmer viel zu teuer, auch bei Buchung 10 Monate vorher, über 220€. Zimmer abgewohnt, nettes Personal. Frühstück okay, aber jeden Tag gleich. Gutes WLAN.“

„Sehr freundliches Personal. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr bequeme Betten. Tolle Woche in diesem Hotel gehabt. Frühstück könnte Abwechslungsreicher sein. Täglich die gleiche Frühstücksauswahl. “

„Unreliable Taxi connections and very variable Taxi prices. Afternoon Entertainment was very noisy. “

„Nettes kleines Hotel mit guter Lage. Zimmer etwas klein. Wände sehr dünn. Personal war aber immer nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber. Wir würden wiederkommen.“

„Very friendly staff and the location was amazing. We had a great room and an overall great experience!“

„This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still ...

„This is not a hotel but a hostel. And as such the place works ok. But when advertised as a hotel it falls short, there is no cleaning of the rooms, not even the toilesbasket is emptied. The power to the a/c is cut during the day and you have to ask for permission to get it switched on again. Towels are not included but cost 10Usd to rent per piece. There is no hot water in the shower This is not only a issue for Chez Lilly but more for Hotels.com as the info is not trustworthy, when seaching ...

„Very nice place, close to the beach and to all facilities. The staff is far in communication and open to help. Really top place in Aruba!“
