„Perfect location between Barter Book and the Playhouse with bus stop right outside. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice patio outside to enjoy summer evenings. Not fancy, but if your tastes are simple and you want an affordable base from which to explore the area, this is the place for you. “

„Dadurch, dass die Hotelzimmer driekt über der Küche lagen, roch das Zimmer etwas muffig. Sauber war es jedoch. Alles sehr einfache Ausstattung, die aber in GB eher typisch ist. Essen konnte man dort allerdings gut!“

„A lovely boutique hotel very well located to the town centre and next to the castle. Room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a nice en-suite. Great cooked to order breakfast! Staff were excellent.“

„2 minutes from Alnwick Playhouse with cinema, cafe and tourist centre information. 5 minutes from Alnwick Gardens & Castle and Barter Books. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Across the road from bus stop coastal route to Berwick on Tweed & Newcastle via coastal towns and villages. 20 mins bus ride away from Alnmouth station with trains to Berwick and Edinburgh. I had a wonderful week there. “

„We arrived for a few days as we had never visited this part of the country before! Good food,great welcome,lovely room with quality little extras,shower cream,shampoo,conditioner,a tray with an array of teas,coffees,even hot chocolate. Be sure yo book your table in the dining room early and try the Fishermans Platter to share.You will not be disappointed!“

„I loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley. I would definitely stay here again.“

"Tolle Lage für Ausflüge, schöner großer Garten, das Restaurant im Hause hatte gute Angebote. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr gut. Dennoch: Wie 4 Sterne zu rechtfertigen sind, bleiben mir unverständlich. Die großen Flecken im Fußboden im Flur, abgerissene Tapeten, die sehr staubigen und z.T. klebrigen Flächen im Zimmer waren eine Zumutung. Die Entlüftung im WC war sehr laut und hielt sicher nicht nur uns nachts mindestens 15 Minuten wach. Es wären dringende Renovierungen nötig und eine Steigerung im Saubermachen. Warum dennoch ein mittelmäßiges Urteil? Das Zimmer war relativ groß, hatte zwei Stühle und ein sehr breites Doppelbett. Das Frühstück war okay. "
