★ 2 Standard Double Room with Shared Bathroom

★ 1 Additional Toilet downstairs

★ Large shared lounge with piano, board games & Smart TV

★ Laundry facilities, parking at the front door

Other Things to Note:

We’re pet-friendly. We just ask that you let us know in advance. There’s a small charge of £10 per pet, per night, payable at the property.



Contactless self-check-in is available via lockbox. We'll send the code by email before your arrival if you prefer an independent check-in.



Washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities are available for guest use.



Please note that the property is in a peaceful rural setting. It’s ideal for guests seeking calm, nature, and space. We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet and privacy of the surroundings.



All reservations require damage protection. Guests may choose between a refundable security deposit (returned after check-out, subject to inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver.



Guests must provide a valid photo ID and complete the check-in form.



Interaction with Guests:

We’re here if you need us, but we respect your space and pace. You can choose a warm personal welcome or opt for contactless self check-in using a lockbox whichever suits your arrival best.



During your stay, we’re available via text or email for any questions, local tips, or anything that would make your time more comfortable. While we won’t be on-site, we’re always nearby and happy to help when needed.
