Guest access
Guests will have private access to the condo and all private and shared outdoor areas. Please note that there is a third bedroom locked off for storage.

Enjoy access to the south-facing balcony, outdoor dining and lounge areas, and the upper-level terrace, all offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Guests will also have shared access to the community swimming pool within La Reserva.

The condo is located within the peaceful hillside community of La Reserva. Its elevated position provides beautiful sea views, abundant natural light, and sunshine throughout the day.

The shared community swimming pool is available year-round and is not heated. Guests are asked to follow any posted community pool rules and operating hours.

The property features a multi-level layout with stairs between living spaces and outdoor areas.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Pets are not permitted.

A vehicle is recommended, as beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions are most easily reached by car.

A vehicle is recommended, as La Reserva is a hillside residential community and most attractions, beaches, and services are easiest to access by car. Free on-site underground parking is available for 1 vehicle. La Herradura's beaches, restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores are just a short drive away and can also be reached on foot for guests comfortable with the hillside walk. Walking within La Reserva is possible for enjoying the views and the surrounding community, though the area is hilly. Cycling is popular throughout the Costa Tropical, with scenic coastal and mountain routes nearby.


House Rules:
Guests
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please ensure all guests are included on your reservation prior to arrival. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Anyone staying overnight must be registered with us in advance. Guests are responsible for the behavior and actions of all members of their group throughout their stay.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on your departure day.

Noise & Respect for Neighbors
Please be respectful of neighboring residents and other guests within the La Reserva community. While there are currently no formal quiet hours, excessive noise, loud music, disruptive behavior, or disturbances that impact neighbors are not permitted at any time.

Events & Parties
Events, gatherings, celebrations, and parties are not permitted. The condo is intended for registered guests only. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may be reported to the booking platform.

No Pets
Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and an additional cleaning fee of €250.

Smoking, Vaping & E-Cigarettes
Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes or any other smoking devices are not permitted inside the condo, within indoor common areas, or at the community swimming pool. Guests are responsible for complying with all community rules regarding smoking in outdoor areas. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in additional cleaning charges and damage fees.

Pool & Community Amenities
Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared community swimming pool and common areas. Please follow all posted community rules and operating hours and be respectful of other residents and guests when using shared amenities. There is no smoking at the pool.

Security & Access Devices
Guests are responsible for the gate fob, keys, and any access devices provided during their stay. Lost or damaged access devices may result in replacement charges.
