„This property is was perfect for my husband and I. Private, quiet, Great Lake access. Hot was fantastic. Kitchen had everything we could need. Super clean! Looks exactly like the pictures. I would say if you have an issue with stairs as they’re very steep to the bedroom and down to the dock, it might not be for you. But thankfully that wasn’t our case. Wonderful property! Will be staying again! “

„Such a nice property! Relaxing, comfortable, and cute decor. We stayed here to be close by to ride the Smoky Mountain Railway and it was 5 minutes from here. The deck was my favorite thing. We were treated to some great music coming from a venue below in town, being it was a Friday night. Loved it! I hope to return and will be staying here. The host was wonderfully thoughtful and helpful.“

„We had a great time at this property and very convenient to town and close to other towns to visit . We had to cut our time short but I am sure if were ever go back to Sylva NC this would be a place I would rent again. Everyone was very friendly.“

„Our stay was Sept 12-14, the apt is cute as can be! So many unique, fun touches! Easy to fin, easy parking, great location with many walkable restaurants. Comfy bed, everything needed is easy to find. Thanks for a great stay, we would stay there again!! “

„Such a great place to stay. The view here is AMAZING. This was our first visit to Gatlinburg and staying here made it nice. We saw 4 bears and 2 baby bears while staying. We like that it was so high up and on a cul-de-sac. Place was clean but the inside couch and outside couch had few stain spots on them, not a issue though.Communication time was quick n easy. Definitely would stay here again. “

„Wonderfully light, clean, and comfortable place to stay while we worked in the area. Peaceful view over the golf course. Yes the road is single-lane, but we never encountered another vehicle the entire week of coming and going. Carly is a great host, and we hope there is availability when we work up there next year!“

„Adorable, cute and very clean. The management was great whenever I needed anything it was just a phone call and they handled it. Would def recommend. Only downfall was the noise level outside but that’s not really anything the property could control. “

"Sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon und von der Frühstücksterrasse, nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, positiv war auch, dass beim Frühstück koffeinfreier Kaffee angeboten wurde. Verbesserungspotential sehen wir beim etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Zustand der Zimmer sowie beim Frühstück. Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp, um von hier aus die Great Smoky Mountains zu erkunden, würden wir es aber wieder buchen. "
