The fully equipped kitchen makes family meals easy, while the dining area seats 8 and the living room offers air conditioning, fireplace, large cable TV and unlimited Wi-Fi for cosy evenings.

Guests love the generous outdoor spaces – pool (heating available April-October by request, 48 h notice with extra cost) with depths from 0.7 m to 2 m, 8 sun loungers, two chill-out areas under shady trees, charcoal BBQ, entrance terrace for coffee or reading, and private parking for 2+ cars. - Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

- Events, pets, and unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.

- Moving furniture or equipment is not allowed.

- Excessive rubbish must not be left.

- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

- Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.

- Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.
