This apartment offers an open space plan with a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stovetop, an oven, a microwave and a table for four. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, a drying rack and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. It is integrated into the living room, which features a sofa bed that can accommodate extra guests and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options.

One of the standout features of this apartment is the spacious balcony, which provides a perfect spot for relaxation. Furnished with a table and chairs, it's an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or savour a meal while soaking up the surroundings.

The bedroom has two single beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wardrobe with hangers for all your storage needs.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, it offers the convenience of free parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the city and surrounding areas.

Costa da Caparica is a famous coastal town and beach destination in Portugal, across the Tagus River from Lisbon. It is part of the Almada municipality, known for its beautiful sandy beaches, vibrant atmosphere, and proximity to the country's capital.

Costa da Caparica boasts several kilometres of stunning sandy beaches along the Atlantic coast. The coastline is divided into various beach areas, each with its unique character. Some beaches are ideal for surfing, with excellent conditions for both beginners and experienced surfers and surf schools and rental shops are prevalent, making it easy to catch some waves. In contrast, others are more family-friendly with calm waters. Apart from surfing, Costa da Caparica offers various water sports, including kite surfing and bodyboarding. There are also bike paths, hiking trails, and opportunities for beach volleyball.

Along the beachfront, you'll find a variety of beach bars and restaurants serving fresh seafood and traditional Portuguese dishes. These places are perfect for enjoying a meal with an ocean view.

Costa da Caparica hosts local markets where you can shop for fresh produce, crafts, and souvenirs.

The town has a vibrant nightlife with numerous bars, clubs, and live music venues, especially during the summer months.

One of the significant advantages of Costa da Caparica is its proximity to Lisbon. You can easily reach the city by ferry or bus, making it a popular destination for day trips from the capital.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, C Caparica (Av Dr Aresta Branco), is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
