„This was our second time staying at this lovely home. House was wonderful and just as described. The hosts were very good at communicating. Home was very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion (not complaint) is there were no baking sheets and the hot tub had too much chlorine. Would definitely love to stay again. Thank you for having us!“

When I requested a modest 30-minute extension on checkout (11:30 instead of 11:00), he stonewalled me repeatedly, acting as though it was a massive imposition.
