„The property was perfect for my sister and I. A lovely light,cosy room with everyting needed. There was even a little fridge in the room with fresh milk and bottled water, also a proper jar of coffee, sachets of yorkshire tea and selection of biscuits. We also had a lovely vase of pink carnations in the room. The garden was so pretty with a little pond and waterfall. I love nature so it was perfect. „Great location for walking the centre of York. Rooms lovely. Noise from the road as there is a taxi rank outside the front facing rooms. The location and view of the Minster outweighs the noise. Great breakfast and bar. Parking very easy with valet. Will definitely stay again, and I will book directly with the hotel next visit, so I know what I am paying for. “

Wonderful holiday home with an outstanding host

"We had a fantastic time in Sues converted barn. Sue had arranged a perfect welcome with brownies and a starter package with toast, jam and marmelade, milk and butter. The barn is equipped with all that is needed, and the location provides calm and relaxation. Sue is very supportive and friendly and is always available for recommendations. This was our first holiday in Yorkshire, and thanks to the cosy barn, Sue, and the vèry friendly people in Yorkshire, we will gladly come back. Our whole family, including both of our dogs, definitely and fully recommend this holiday home, thanjs for a great time, Sue!"
