„Perfect location right on the trail - which is beautiful. walking/running/biking. The location allows the ability to walk anywhere you need downtown, which is a little sleepy but cute nonetheless. We weren't ready for the trains, which arrived every hour to two hours throughout the night, as the railroad is just a couple of hundred feet away—(Sunday night stay - not sure if this matters, which night of the week). “

„Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!“

„Cabin 16 had lovely flowing waters behind it, a great stay for the price. Very no frills camping similar to a state park rustic cabin in terms of space. If there had been tents at every site booked it may have felt more crowded but our stay in Spring was private and peaceful.“

„Old place, felt like staying at my grandparents, but clean and everything worked. The hose was turned off but Karen came out and turned it on quickly and was very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in town.“

„We didn't get to see any animals during our 9 day stay. A limb went through the roof and it rained and was damp and had a mildew smell so we were put in a nice cabin for the first night while they fixed it. The next day we moved into the cabin. It smelled nice. After 3 days the mildew smell came back. The cleaning crew failed to clean behind the sofa and nightstands but the rest was visually appealing. I think maybe due to the limb coming through the roof during a storm, it might be a good idea ...

„The cabin was nice and cozy. Quiet area, sky full of stars! We felt safe and enjoyed hiking and local restaurants. There is no Stove or stovetop!! „Great place and beautiful property with mountains, woods and a river. A nice camping cabin but it is rather rustic. AC worked great as did the hot water for the whole family. Well appointed kitchen for preparing meals. Small fridge so bring a cooler. Had a major problem with yellowjackets but the owner responded quickly with a chemical treatment and adjusted the rate very fairly. All in all a nice family getaway. “
