Waterfront Cottage in a Bimini oasis

A unique piece of paradise in North Bimini, “Martin’s” villa (named for Martin Luther King, who also loved Bimini, coming here to meditate, write, and explore the mangroves) sleeps two and overlooks the water with an open bright living space and a full kitchen, nestled in a lush half-acre enclave. Enjoy our deck right on the water for outdoor BBQ, or just watching the boats go by and birds gliding and swirling. The property has 100 feet of waterfront and a large dock. No additional cost for boat docking; boats up to about 28' have docked here (low tide about 24"). No canals, no condos. Martin’s offers an authentic Bimini-island experience outside the resort and the condos, without sacrificing creature comforts and style. A private, gated property steps away from a friendly local community with great restaurants, bars, and stores. A quick cart ride south to Radio Beach and the attractions of Alice Town. And a quicker cart ride north to the restaurants, casino, and other offerings of Resort World. Enjoy our yoga mats - a great way to start the day watching the sunrise. Starlink high-speed WIFI for Netflix (or checking in at work, if you must). Swim/snorkel right out front.
