„If you’re after a stunning view, Duck Bay certainly delivers – the loch is breathtaking. Sadly, that’s where the charm ends. The rest feels like a duck decoy: glossy on the surface, but hollow underneath. Reception staff weren’t rude, but they might as well have been automated – check-in and check-out were delivered in flat monotone, and no one seemed to care that my stay was merely “okay.” The room was basic, with decor so synthetic it practically quacked of plastic. „We had a great time at the queen of the loch. We had booked a twin room. Unfortunately, when we got into the room it was not arranged as a twin but the friendly staff fixed that right away. The location is great: close to the center and with shops and restaurants as well as the loch. We also really enjoyed the included breakfast (we had the full breakfast) and the atmosphere of the place which reminded me of a casual hotel in the US. The staff was always friendly and accommodating.“

„Extraordinary staff, die to a delayed flight we arrived at 22:30 and she was so extremely helpful and friendly that we felt hardly welcomed by second one! Parking lot was available, also there's good coffee and some cakes in the morning. Would definitely come back for another longer stay“
