„Overall, excellent location and place and everything was delightful, I would suggest a floor fan / oscillating fan in the apartment since it can get stuffy with all the windows closed and it would also provide some white noise over the people upstairs when they walk around at night. Someone smokes in the area by the elevator on a lower floor that rises to the upper floors but I assume there is no rule against that. “

„With help from fantastic personnel we could change to a room that we really enjoyed at their main hotel castelar palace. The room and the service were fanrtasic: friendly and helpfull in evereway. We shall most certainly come back to this wondeful hotel.“

„As we arrived in the morning the apartment was not quite ready, however the reception had a small room where we were allowed to freshen up, which was great. They were very accommodating and efficient. When we requested additional towels and toilet rolls, these were provided fairly quickly. Rooms were also cleaned as and when you leave the sign on the door. The hot tub in the room was brilliant and the highlight of this apartment. Location was pretty good too, local shops and restaurants, ...
