The space
The property is completely independent.
- Capacity: Sleeps 6 people; up to 8 upon request.
- Parking: Space for about 6–7 cars .
- Bedrooms: 3 — Master with King bed and private en‑suite bathroom; the other 2 rooms have Queen beds each, sharing one bathroom.
- Bathrooms: 2.5 baths.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house and yard, including the pool and hot tub. Request the extra two guests when booking so we can prepare additional bedding (sofa bed)

Other things to note
The pool is available from mid-March through the end of October.
The hot tub is available all year-round.
