Pet Policy
We strive to maintain a clean, safe, and allergy-friendly environment for all our guests. Therefore, we have implemented the following pet policy, which applies to all reservations:

No Pets Allowed: Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
Violation Fee: If a pet is discovered on the premises, the guest will be charged a $500 violation fee. This fee will be applied immediately upon confirmation of the violation.
Termination of Reservation: In addition to the violation fee, the reservation will be terminated immediately, and the guest will be required to vacate the property without a refund for any unused nights.
Damage Liability: The guest will be held financially responsible for any damages caused by the presence of a pet, in addition to the violation fee.

No Smoking Policy
Restrictions: No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana) indoors or on surrounding property.
Fine: $1000 per violation.
Responsibility: Inform all occupants and visitors.
Compliance: Non-compliance may result in eviction and additional fees.
Agreement: Booking or staying means agreeing to this policy.
