As our guest, you’re welcome to enjoy full use of the home and the peaceful yard that surrounds it. To ensure your comfort and safety, please note that two attic spaces upstairs, along with two utility closets on used for housekeeping and maintenance, will remain secured during your visit.

These areas are not part of the guest quarters, but the rest of the home is yours to settle into and make yourself at home. Should you need anything at all during your stay, we’re always just a message or call away.
🐾 Pet Policy
To maintain a clean, safe, and allergy-conscious environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that you review our updated pet policy:

Pets Allowed with Prior Approval: We welcome well-behaved pets, but approval must be requested and confirmed before your stay.
Pet Fee: A $30 cleaning fee per pet, per night will apply.

Unapproved Pets: Bringing a pet without prior approval may result in a $500 violation fee and possible early termination of your stay.
Responsibility: Guests are liable for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning costs.
Leashes Required: Please keep pets leashed at all times when outdoors to protect nearby wildlife and
our neighbors.

🚭 No Smoking Policy
To preserve the comfort and health of all guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property:

No Smoking: This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana, both indoors and outdoors.
Fine: A $1,000 cleaning fee applies for any smoking violations.

Responsibility: Please ensure everyone in your group is aware of this policy.
Enforcement: Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional charges.
