Composition of Villa Ruana:
On the first floor we have 3 en-suite bedrooms with AC, the largest bedroom has a double bed and has access to the terrace, the other 2 bedrooms have two single beds.
On the ground floor we have 2 more en suite bedrooms with AC, 1 bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.

On the ground floor we also have a large living room with smart TV, AC, games area and dining area. In the living room we can go straight to the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher, washing machine, DOLCE GUSTO coffee and everything you need for meals.
We have an extra WC for common use.

The barbecue area is in front of the kitchen and there is a dining area outside.

The garden has a swimming pool that can be heated at an additional cost.
PLEASE NOTE: The heated pool means that it only heats 2 to 3 degrees more than the normal pool temperature.

Parking is private and we also have a ping pong table outside.

All Villa Ruana offers a unique and familiar environment of natural light, comfort and well-being, where you can relax to the fullest and enjoy the proximity to the beach and nature.

Nearby we have Pôr do Sol restaurants, O Amigo restaurant or Evaristo restaurant.
The nearest supermarket is Apolonia which is 1.5km away or ALDI which is 2.4km away.

The nearest beaches are Praia do Castelo 850m, 1 km is Praia do Evaristo and 1.2 km is Praia da Coelha, they are very beautiful beaches, due to their natural rocks.
For adventurers, explore the cliffs along the coast and enjoy one of the most beautiful sun sets.

Faro airport is about 60 minutes away.
