This 3 bedroom detached villa has a private pool for enjoying the sunny days as well as fresh, homely interiors and a great alfresco dining area. You’ll be within a short drive of the centre of Paderne, where you’ll find a selection of restaurants, cafes and some shops. Visit the popular resort of Albufeira with its golden sandy beach and the plethora of shops, eateries and traditional cafes, only a 20 minute drive away. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Colina do Sol is located in the heart of the Paderne countryside where you will find it has everything you need to enjoy a quiet, picturesque holiday. Paderne is one of the oldest villages in the municipality of Albufeira, it has ancient rural characteristics with its castle ruins. You'll find a spectacular windmill which is a short stroll from the villa. You’ll also find, a few traditional cafes, restaurants and a mini market within the Paderne centre. Explore the old town of Albufeira which is lined with a variety of shops and restaurants along the narrow, cobbled streets.

Albufeira Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. No charge from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
