The Mar 2 terraced house has been beautifully decorated and features marble floors, including stairs with stainless steel and glass handrails. Air conditioning has been installed with individually controlled units in each of the two bedrooms and living room, with free wireless internet access.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each with its own bathroom and wardrobe. The master bedroom also benefits from a balcony with beautiful views of the pools, landscaped gardens, and sea.
The bathrooms are fully equipped to a very high standard, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven.
The spacious terrace with seating area, brick-built barbecue, and views of the pool/sea is a highlight of this property.
Exterior: This spacious, tastefully decorated property is located in a beautiful complex with 2 pools (1 large for adults and 1 for children) and well-maintained gardens.
The city of Albufeira is just 5 minutes away (2.5 km), making it ideal for families, couples, and golfers, as several golf courses are just a few minutes' drive away. Several beaches are within a ten-minute drive, along with a water park, a zoo, and a marina. It is located just 5 minutes from Albufeira's Old Town, with many shops, bars, and restaurants. You can find some bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in Pateo, just 1 km from the village.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
