Located in Herdade dos Salgados, the Beach Villas are set within a tourist resort with 24-hour security service, next to the Golf Course and Salgados Beach, where you will find the ideal environment for your family holidays.



This dwelling is composed of an entrance hall, living and dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with two of them having a balcony, 3 bathrooms with a bathtub on the upper floor and a support bathroom on the lower floor, terrace with swimming pool and has private parking with a garage space on the -1 floor and direct access to the dwelling.



The room has 2 environments, the living area and the dining area. In the living area, you will find the sofa and it is equipped with a TV and air conditioning.



The kitchen has the necessary utensils and crockery for preparing your meals and is equipped with a fridge and freezer, 4-disc electric hob and oven, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle.



The rooms, all with single beds, en suite with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Two of the rooms with access to the terrace, another with a window.



The capacity of this villa is 6 people. For babies, we have a travel cot and high chair available upon request. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.



A private condominium near the beach, perfect for families, also offers a set of leisure facilities such as restaurants and bars, an 18-hole golf course, and the Salgados nature reserve.



The terrace with a swimming pool with good sun exposure and equipped with sun loungers and parasols, ends up being the ideal environment for sunbathing and relaxing.

Adds a value of 30€ per day, temperature between 26-28º. This service must be requested with a minimum of 48h for the water to be able to heat up until your arrival.



The accommodation is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each of the guests.



Bookings made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.



We do not accept bookings from people under 25 years old. A deposit of €500 may be requested, which will be returned after verification of the apartment's good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
