★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will incur a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Before we grant entry to the property, the financially and legally accountable renter must:
• Download, read and sign the Vacation Property Rental Agreement.
• Initiate communication with Host with any questions and/or concerns you have about the terms.
• Submit a group registration form no later than (5) days before your Check-in date.
• NOTE: We live in a gated community with an HOA. The accountable renter must both be at least 25 years old AND physically attend the full booked trip. We are happy to otherwise accommodate guests of all ages with the accountable renter!
Because our HOA requires registration no later than 2 business days before Check-in, we cannot take last minute requests to book.
Early check in at 1pm and late check out at 1pm can be requested for an additional fee of $50.
