If fishing is your passion, you're in luck! The Cumberland River is known for its world-class trout fishing, and our location provides easy access to some of the best fishing spots along the river. The property is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your fishing trip, including a lawn ramp into the river, boating access, and ample space to store your gear.

Our property features two distinct homes, the main house and the charming barndo two-bedroom house, providing ample space for families or larger groups. The main house boasts modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere, while the barndo a charming and comfortable space to relax in.
Whether you're cooking a meal in one of the fully-equipped kitchens, unwinding on the decks while enjoying the breathtaking views, or enjoying a cozy night's sleep in one of the comfortable bedrooms, our Airbnb retreat is designed to make you feel right at home.
We're here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and we're always available to offer recommendations for local dining, outdoor activities, or anything else you might need during your stay.

• House Rules:
• - Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

• - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
• - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
• - PARKING: parking is provided in driveway in font of Houses and in front of the fire pit side by side.. Our Parking is suitable for sedans or SUVs. Boat Parking available if necessary.
• - Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied.
• - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
• - Please do not rearrange our furniture.
• - If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.
• - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
• - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay at Lake Cumberland, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
• HOT TUB RULES
• NO Pregnant women, children and those with heart disease
• ASK your doctor before getting in if you take medicines or have medical condition
• Don’t get in tub if you have open sores or wounds, or cuts, or diarrhea
• SHOWER off particles, oils, cosmetics, hair gels, etc…before getting in
• CHECK the chemical strip and temperature (104 degrees or less) yourself
• No drugs or alcohol use before or during
• No pets, pee, or procreation allowed in the tub
• Limit your soak to 15 minutes at a time
• Keep your head, arms and upper chest out of the water to avoid overheating
• Stay hydrated before getting into the hot tub
• Get out if you feel dizzy, overheated, nauseous, or unwell
• Close the lid when you are finished
• Do Not sit, lay or stand on the hot tub cover
Be careful when getting out so you don’t slip and fall
• Cleaning:
A cleaning fee is added for clean up at the end of your stay. If you need to schedule an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us and we will make this arrangement for you. Please schedule at least one day in advance.
• Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are after 10pm
• Check-Out Instructions:
Load dishwasher with any dirty dishes and run.
Strip beds and put all linens at the end of the beds, load washer with bath towels DO NOT RUN (Our cleaning team will do this)
Log out of all your Online accounts.
Set Thermostat to 65 In winter or 73 in summer months.
