„The room was very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, inside the fortress, close to the main historical attractions of the city. Breakfast was tasty. We used the restaurant also for dinner and the food was always delicious.“

Negativ: Very hot in the room, AC didn’t cool the room down, mattresses were hard and not very comfortable in general, mattress of the extra bed was in really bad condition. „The golf course was beautiful, the starter was excellent, and the rooms and building were fabulous. No complaints at all about the facilities — they are truly first class. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the poor attitude of the staff in the restaurant, and in particular, the receptionist (Narcissa). At checkout, she belittled us when we asked for a company receipt and even accused us of lying about owning a Canadian company. Our company is fully registered and provides support to ...
