The Space:
This property boasts ample accommodations for the entire family! The Trophy Bass House has four full bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the main house. In addition to this, there is a detached converted garage turned game room with a spacious apartment located on the top floor. The apartment has sleeping arrangements for seven additional guests, as well as another full bathroom. The game room and outdoor area comes fully equipped with an abundance of seating for everyone, a fantastic four-person hot tub, a fire pit, picnic tables, pool table, shuffleboard set, dartboard, and an outdoor television. You will never have to leave the property to have fun if you don't want to!

Guest Access:
Guests at this destination home have access to all of the neighborhood amenities, including the marina, restaurant, picnic tables, and pier. There is also a state-of-the-art playground and splash pad less than 10 miles away, conveniently located on the banks of Lake Fork. Come stay and play this summer!

*Booking price includes damage insurance fee to cover up to $1,500.00 in damages done to property.
*Accidental damage protection is included for any damages or accidents, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of accidental damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
