„SO MANY CONS. 1)I had a 2 bedroom unit and had booked for 3 people. I received towels for 2. Called the help line, never got additional towels. 2)Communicating with the property management is a CHALLENGE. It seems that there is 1 person, working from home (i literally heard a rooster crowing in the background when speaking to this person) NO ONE IS ON SITE. 3) A rain storm on day 2 of my stay created a large puddle of water that had leaked into the unit from the balcony door. „The apartment is clean and in a great neighbourhood in San Antonio’s Southtown / King William district. There are a lot of bars and restaurants available to reach by foot (for example the Guenther house with amazing breakfast just a 5 min walk away). Check in was super easy and if there were any questions we could text the owners and get a super fast reply.
