„I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location“

„Everything was great for a birthday weekend!!! Having a designated parking space (right across from the elevator but hard to read the numbers) is a huge plus. The balcony outdoor space is awesome... just like pictured except the couch is navy. We didn't use the grill or hot tub (someone comes to check the water every day to make sure it is safe/clean but they are only there 5-10 minutes) so I can't comment on those but the outdoor seating was very comfortable. „Good location and we had everything we needed.Bathtub had hair from previous tenants but all else was clean.We had two issues related to the resort, not the suite. 1) The hot tub was full of kids from opening to closing along with their blowup animals so it couldn’t ever be used. 2) when leaving for breakfast one morning we saw a notice in the elevator that bug spraying was being done that day. At least one day notice should have been given so we could have had time to put away or cover food ...

„My wife and I spent a workweek stay that really made the grade at Gulf Tower on the Gulf Shores Beach! Our rental was conveniently situated on a portion of the beach that almost felt private, involved less traffic and provided unobstructed views of the Gulf. We really desired privacy and were amply rewarded. Bender Properties were very easy to work with and checked on us several times via text messages to make sure we were satisfied. We loved our experience!“

„Property owner is a “10” and a pleasure to rent from. Property is simple but more than adequate for two senior citizens ages 81 & 78 and their pet dog Joy. Our second year to spend a week each time and this year was even better than the first. Excellent location. Health permitting, we hope to return. “
