„Made a mistake and reserved the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh instead of Jeddah. I arrived only 2 min later at the reception in Jeddah - they contacted the Riyadh hotel, but they showed zero support or flexibility. No cancellation possible. I asked if I could at least change the date and come another time - they also refused. I would have expected a more customer friendly approach from the Ritz-Carlton.“

„Das Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es viel Auswahl und es schmeckt gut. Auch schön: Es gibt TV mit 100 Sendern darunter auch viele internationale und sogar zwei deutsche: ZDF und RTL. Einzige Kritik: Die Klimaanlage ist zu laut. „The hotel is a great place to stay in Rhiyadh. It exceeded our expectations. We had an Executive room on the 20th floor with amazing view. The staff everywhere is outstanding (reception, restaurant, spa). The breakfast doesn’t leave any wishes open (greetings to our Greek friend - the omelette Greek style was straight out of heaven). The ambience is modern and tasteful, and there is a lovely smell in the hotel. Location is great, Kingdom Center is right on the opposite side. Can’t recommend it ...
