„This is a large 6-building hotel structure with rooms spread out across these 6 low-rise buildings. The rooms are quite neat n clean but fairly basic. Having said that, the price at which u get it, is absolutely a value for money deal. This is away from city centre - around 25 mins drive by cab n around 90 Dhs from hotel to Dubai Mall. But its excellent if you want to b around the Academic City area where there are many universities located, almost walking distance from the hotel. “

„It is students' accommodation far in the outskirts of Dubai. There is a restaurant and a food shop which is good. The facilities are quite good for this category of place. I stayed there because of the price and did not have high expectations, had a good stay for that money. But two things annoyed me: 1. My messages to the property "owner" were not read until after I arrived, so I got no answers to my questions 2. The property declares a "no smoking" policy but it is absolutely not enforced. ...
