Casa Caleta sits within an exclusive gated community on the edge of Yalku Lagoon — one of the Riviera Maya's finest natural snorkelling sites, accessible directly from the garden. Entirely single-storey, the villa flows easily between inside and out: travertine floors, high ceilings, and four bedrooms sleeping up to eighteen across configurations that work as well for families with young children as they do for larger groups.

Outside, a circular pool anchors a large palm-shaded lawn alongside a thatched palapa dining pavilion. The grounds extend to a private cenote, a full-size grass football field, and an open-air jungle gym. Yalku Lagoon is steps away — a sheltered natural aquarium where sea turtles and tropical fish are regular company.

• Breakfast is included Monday to Saturday, prepared by Isidro. Guests cover the cost of groceries plus a $25 shopping fee.
• Lunch and dinner chef service is available at an additional cost: $7 per person for lunch, $10 for dinner. Children five and under eat free.
• Daily housekeeping is included Monday to Saturday. Sunday service available on request for an additional fee.
• Alcohol is not included.
• Tap water is not safe to drink. Purified drinking water is provided.
• All bedrooms, the kitchen, and living areas are air-conditioned. Please keep doors closed when AC is in use.

• The property is surrounded by jungle wildlife — raccoons, iguanas, birds, and sea turtles are common. Guests are asked to be respectful.
