„The listing is exactly as stated. The view is exactly as shown in the listing. This property sits high on a hill above Sumner Beach and you have an amazing view of Sumner town below. The property is a modern cabin in the hills. The only issue we had here was a clogged bathroom drain and shower; both were fixed unfortunately on the last day of our stay, although we reported it on the first night and was told someone would fix it the next day. „We spent 5 nights in this property and it exceeded our expectations. The location is spectacular, watching sunrise each morning from the main bed was memorable. The thoughtful design features in the house including doubled glazed windows, fireplace with plenty of wood and heated floors in the bathroom made us feel cosy on winter days.
