"Found exactly what we were looking for... A rental home by the river with peace and quiet... No city noise, no traffic, no noisy neighbors, no barking dogs... We did some fishing and some beach days... Went to Lameque, Miscou, Tracadie-Sheila, Paquetville, Shippigan, Goulet, and a few other towns/cities in between... Great restaurant in Paquetville called La Crepe Bretonne ...Had breakfast there twice and dinner once... Giving it 5 stars... Both property and home were very clean and very well...

"We gambled on NB to view an April eclipse and were not disappointed. Elizabeth and Mike were terrific hosts - they greeted us when we arrived and were responsive when we had questions. The location on the Miramichi river is stunning, even through an April blizzard, and walking the river edge at low tide was a treat. The entryway to the upper suite is small and could use some coat hooks and boot rack but a few small usability issues did not deter from a great week. We would definitely return (but...

"Vrbo sent us to go to a certain address to get the keys but there was nobody there , the house was empty and for sale. We called the lady realtor who had the sign for the sale listing. We were taken care of in a matter of minutes. We misunderstood that when they say that there is a TV, it does not mean that there is any chanals. The sofa had no legs and too low to be comfortable to get up at our age , so we sat at the table for hours but the chairs were not comfortable for that amount of time."

"This is a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. The rooms are updated and very clean. It was our second time there and we will probably be back next time we are in Caraquet. There is a Sushi restaurant across the street that has the best Sushi I have ever had. Right beside it, is the Pub 118. This place is immaculately kept and they serve good pub food and good drinks. "
