„The hotel in itself is nice and accommodating. It was clear it does need some maintenance as one night during heavy rain, the rain leaked into the room so it was necessary to be moved to another room. Also, there was a day where we struggled getting hot water in the shower. Additionally, we suggest extending the service hours for lunch and maybe have the kitchen available for dinner as food services were not available past 4 PM“

„We booked this property for a week during a national holiday. Other properties were already booked in the area and we were drawn to the property because of its location and beautiful lush gardens in the photos. Property is in need of repairs, cleaning and general maintenance both indoor and out. Low water pressure showers. Room was not clean and once we stripped the bed covers and sheets, there were multiple stains on the mattress covers. Tiny black ants? all over bathroom counter. Could not ...
