The apartment is arranged as follows:

- Small entrance hall with cupboard/wardrobe and washing machine

- On the right, separate toilets (rare in a studio!)

- On the left, the bathroom with large Italian shower and vanity unit

- Large main room with:
* a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hotplates, hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
* a dining area for 2 people
* a lounge area with small sofa and tilting wall-mounted television
* a bedroom area with a queen-size bed 160 x 200 cm, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack

- A small balcony furnished with a table and two chairs allows you to enjoy a magnificent view of the city, the lake and the surrounding mountains

As a bonus:
- You will have access, in summer, to the residence's unheated swimming pool (from mid-June to mid-September depending on the weather) and all year round, to tennis.
- You have a private parking space at the foot of the residence
- The apartment has internet with wifi
- Sheets and towels are provided

Important to note:
- /!\ During periods of drought: a prefectural decree may impose water restrictions and this may result in the closure of the swimming pool. We cannot guarantee the availability of the swimming pool in this case of force majeure. No refund can be requested for this cause.
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in the event of crossed arrival and departure
- As the keys are not handed over independently, we ask for an additional €15 for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., €30 from 9:30 p.m. and €50 after midnight.

The apartment is located a stone's throw from the heart of Aix-Les-Bains, so you will be:

- in less than 10 minutes on foot, Place Carnot for a brunch on the terrace, at the Casino Grand Cercle to admire the sumptuous stained glass windows and Art Nouveau mosaics or try your hand at games of chance, at the floral park of the thermal baths (city labeled 4 flowers and flower d'or) to rest in the shade of the tall trees, or at the train station.

- in around twenty minutes on foot, to the Faure Museum to admire a beautiful collection of works of art, to the Market Halls to do some shopping or to the Chevalley thermal baths for your treatment or a spa afternoon.

Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, has been a major holiday resort since the 19th century and offers an ideal location for a diversified tourist stay with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its golf course 18 internationally renowned holes (club 1895) open all year round.

In addition, the magnificent Lac du Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, will allow you to entertain yourself with a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruise, boat rental without charge). permit…) – 5/10 minutes by car or bus

You will also be close to:

- the Bauges massif regional natural park where you can practice cycling, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing, including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard and Aillons-Margériaz – From 25 minutes by car.

By car, via the Alpine motorway network:
- 1 hour from Lyon and Geneva
- 45 minutes from Grenoble
- 30 minutes from Annecy
By train :
- its station is notably served by the TGV which leads to Paris in 3 hours
By plane :
- 10 minutes from the small Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.

## Access

Access to the residence's tennis court - Once there, you must register.
Access to the Residence's unheated outdoor swimming pool - From June to September, depending on the weather.
