„Als ich um 23 h am Hotel ankomm konnte mein Buchungscode nicht angenommen werden. Als ich eine Art Notdienst anrief erklärte man mir, ich solle bitte französisch sprechen und legte auf. Als ich sah, das die Rezeption durch eine Person besetzt war, machte ich mich durch starkes Klopfen an der Scheibe bemerkbar. Es wurde geöffnet. Die gleiche Person die vorher auflegte erklärte mir meine Ungeschicktheit an dem Computer und führte mir dann vor wie es richtig gehen sollte. Es funktionierte nicht. ...
