„When I checked-in room was not at all clean along with the bathroom. I could see the bad bugs on the bed. The towels were stinking and very dirty. While using the bathroom drainage was also not proper. However, they have upgraded the room after raising a concern but then there was only one light and the socket was working rest was not working. „Nice hotel. Smallish room. Only issue was I booked online for a twin and they gave us a double. So we had to get a single mattress to put on the floor. Since the room was not very big it became cramped. They should not offer twin as an option if they can't guarantee it.“
