Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a Full bed on the bottom and a Twin bed on top

Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the tropical weather. The terrace features a comfortable seating area, outdoor dining table, and hammock—perfect for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or simply relaxing after a day exploring the area.

One of the home`s highlights is the completely private swimming pool, exclusively for registered guests. Spend the afternoon cooling off, enjoying the Puerto Rico sunshine, or relaxing by the pool in your own private space.

The property is fully fenced and offers ample private parking inside the premises, providing additional privacy and convenience throughout your stay.

Please note: The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors and help us maintain the community`s peaceful atmosphere.

The property is located near a well-known local restaurant and is conveniently situated for exploring the best of Puerto Rico’s west coast:

• Approximately 25–30 minutes from Rafael Hernández International Airport in Aguadilla (BQN)
• 10–15 minutes from Aguada’s beaches and Pico de Piedra Beach
• 20–25 minutes from Rincón and its famous beaches
• 20–25 minutes from Crash Boat Beach in Aguadilla
• Close to restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other local shops and conveniences
Damage Deposit of $200 is required

- Damage/Missing towel - $20 each
- Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each
-Trash left at the property - $20
-Extra cleaning services - $50
-Smoking - $150
-Visits or more guests than the maximum allowed- $100
