• Self check-in is available via a secure key safe.

• Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during the evening.

• Strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9pm

• Loud music or anti-social behaviour is not tolerated.

• Properties prohibit large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens nights , weddings, 21st's etc

• Prohibit youth groups including schoolies



Pet Details:

• Pets on application ONLY

• Only 1 dog is permitted, with a maximum weight of 12 kg.

• Dogs must be a low-moulting breed.

• Dogs must not be left unattended for extended periods during the day or night.
