The Space:
Blue Sapphire, formerly known as "The Bold", offers everything you need for a private, luxurious, and relaxing stay in Agnes Water, with family, or friends. A spacious home, with infinity pool and sun deck, focussed around the beautiful panoramic ocean views from most aspects of the house, provides the perfect hideaway for you and your guests, only minutes drive away from the town centre and kilometres of untouched national parks and beaches. All you need to do is arrive and let the rest unfold.

The fully equipped kitchen, living and dining spaces are all situated on the main level with access out onto the deck, where you will find a spacious outdoor entertaining area including a gourmet gas barbeque, large benched table, and infinity pool, with incredible views of the coastline throughout.

The kitchen is generous in space and with all amenities and basic supplies so you can whip up meals in house with ease, or have our private chef visit for a special meal at home. We provide a supply of basics including oil, balsamic, tea, coffee and coffee pods for our pod machine, flour, and a full spices drawer, all within the large walk-in pantry for you to cleanly tuck away all of your food and supplies. We recommend visiting a local supermarket prior to your arrival or on arrival, the shops are just 600 metres away, or we can assist you with making an order.

The living room acts as the divide between the master guest suite and the open plan kitchen and dining area. The extravagant bay window with built-in daybed perches you just above the infinity pool to gaze out over the beautiful local coastline. The room also has a large stocked book shelf, some board games and a large widescreen television with access to all of the streaming platforms that you may wish to watch.

Upstairs you will find the additional three bedrooms (all king bedrooms), with stunning vistas from each bedroom and upstairs landing, and an additional bathroom with a bath, shower and separate toilet. Bedroom 3 can be made into 2 single beds upon request or kept as a King Bed. All bathrooms have a supply of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

There is a private study off the open plan kitchen and dining room, which is where you will find the single bed that sleeps a ninth guest if required. There is complimentary high-speed internet available throughout the house, and of course in the study.

Outside you will find beautiful gardens both at the front with the native flowers including Birds of Paradise, and at the rear, where we have a sandpit for the kids to play in, and plenty of space for backyard adventures. We also provide a surfboard, two boogie boards, two fishing rods, and two sets of snorkels which we happily encourage our guests to use, perhaps at Agnes Water Beach, which is just a wander away. There are also two yoga mats for those who might like to enjoy practising while at Blue Sapphire, the deck or pool side are both lovely locations. We ask you to respect our future guests and return all sporting equipment after use.

The lower level, below the two main levels, hosts the remote controlled garage with all of the above sporting equipment, laundry with washer and dryer (washing detergent included), and an outdoor shower which you can use on your return from your adventures at the beach.

Blue Sapphire at its heart, is pure luxury with all of the home comforts, set in a remote pocket of paradise in Queensland.
