Cozy Downtown House: Aischylou is a 2-storey house which combines elegantly classic design with the quaintness of the old city, creating an atmosphere of romance, serenity and relaxation.
As you enter the house, on your left is a stylish living room with a comfy couch and a dining area. Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen and the guest wc.
The highlight of the house is the grand staircase, classic and historic.
On the first floor, you will find 2 large bedrooms both with an ensuite bathroom of which one of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower and the other has a full-size corner tub. Continuing on the 1st floor, is a large size living room which includes a double sofa couch therefore accommodating up to 6 guests. There is also a beautifully designed office on this floor making the property ideal for business get aways too.

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
