Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat with shared use of a swimming pool for rent in Agde, less than 200 metres from the beach. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a 15 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a sofa, TV and dining area

- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and heated towel rail

Outdoors:
- The residential complex has a communal, unheated swimming pool with two pools: a main pool and a paddling pool. The pool is open from late April to October and is fully fenced off for safety (dates subject to change). During the season, a lifeguard is on duty to supervise swimmers.
- A 4 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Agde, in a quiet, gated residence with a caretaker on duty all year round. Just a stone’s throw from Lano Park. The town centre is just a 10-minute walk away, as is the naturist centre.
