Located on the ground floor, it comprises the following:

– A 30 m² living area with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, hobs…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space
– A shower room with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, fan.

Outdoors:
– A private 7 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture provided to make the most of sunny days
– A private, enclosed 25 m² garden with garden furniture and an electric plancha. Access to the garden via a small gate
– An unheated swimming pool shared with the rest of the residence, open from April to the end of September. It is secured by a fence. Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.

The flat is ideally situated in Agde, in a quiet residential complex. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
