Please contact us before bringing any additional guests. The reservation must be updated and additional charges may apply. No undeclared guests are allowed.

Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the apartment, in respect of the residence and the neighbourhood 🚫🍷.

🪪 Identification required
Each guest must provide a valid passport or national ID (Moroccan national ID for local guests) before check-in 🛂. Check-in instructions are shared only after verification 🔐.

🔐 Registered guests only
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to access the apartment. Any unauthorised presence requires an update of the reservation and may incur additional charges.

📜 Marriage certificate
In accordance with local regulations, a valid marriage certificate is required for Moroccan couples. Verification is confidential and no copies are retained.

❌ Unmarried Moroccan couples
Unmarried Moroccan couples are not permitted. This rule does not apply to foreign couples 🌍.

🔒 Bookings & guests
Third-party bookings are not accepted. Any additional guest must be declared and approved in advance. No undeclared guests are allowed.

⚠️ Damages
Please report any damage promptly to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Please take out the rubbish before departure.

For safety reasons, please keep the kitchen window slightly open (~4 cm) to ensure proper ventilation of the water heater.
