„The hotel is in an excellent location. Right opposite one of the major sites in Samarkand and it's a 5 minutes walk to the bazaar and 15 minutes walk to the Registan. The staff are all friendly and polite. The courtyard around the pool area is lovely to sit and enjoy some downtime. The room is spacious and clean. However the breakfast could be improved as we found the options lacking compared to the size of hotel. “

„All in all, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. However, it could be improved by implementing some already quite common and simple measures for more environmentally friendly operations such as allowing to skip daily cleaning/ exchange of towels (which was possible upon request, though) and adding more local products to the buffet breakfast (is importing apples from Azerbaijan and yogurts from Belarus really necessary?).“
