„Overall, this hotel looks good. Apart from cleanliness, hygiene. Not all rooms have a window that can be opened or there is no window to open at all. The windows are so dirty that you can hardly see anything outside. The rooms are cleaned with some smelly chemicals/Grand Suite room/. „I had to write this review and give credit where it is due...Took over 100 pictures lol World class extraordinary experience. Hotel facilities: Exceptional deserves 5* the rooftop pool and views are the best in the city. Rooms were spacious and serviced everyday. The food was amazing! Restaurant and food: Wide selection of world cuisine that is delicious to the point we ate half our meals at the hotel at super low cost. „I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap.
