„I was overall disappointed with the apartment. The apartment was not as nice as the online photo depicted. The couch had been covered with blankets as it was old and worn out and extremely squeaky.One of the bedrooms only had a small wire rack where you could place your things but there was't much room in there anyway. The second bedroom only had hanging space and no shelves whatsoever so we had nowhere to put our clothes during our stay and ended up living out of our suitcase for the duration ...

„Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email ...
