Our apartment is a maintained property, aimed to inspire and nurture you during your stay, holiday or work trip.

Our apartment includes multiple automated features to make your stay fun, enjoyable and relaxing.

The Main Bedroom has a king bed, and new furniture with a Smart TV. There are dual blinds to let in as much light and privacy as you wish, there is a sliding door which leads you out onto the alfresco area, and large balcony.

The Alfresco encloses with both a sunscreen awning and a PVC blind to make a fully enclosed room, perfect as a second lounge room, kids play room or spare room. There is a ceiling fan and heater located in the alfresco also.


Included is a Pool/Spa/Sauna/Steam Room/Gym, There is a King Bed in the Main Bedroom.
There is a Double Bed in Spare Room.
An Extra mattress can be organised upon request, if 3 beds required.
Portacot and High Chair are also available on request
The Port river is at your doorstep, a 1 min walk to Ethelton Train Station, a 5 min walk to Portobello Cafe with beautiful views of the marina.

The health club has a 1.2m deep lap pool, with wedding cake steps for easier access for people with limited mobility.

We, your hosts, live close by and will make sure your stay is comfortable. We welcome you to the property at the start of your stay (if you choose to meet us) and will explain how to use all the high end and automated features of the property if you wish.

If there is something unique that you require for your stay, we always do our best to help accommodate your request.

The step free shower floor and open/ no glass shower door makes accessibility easier for people who have limited ability.

The apartment is designed to be a comfortable home for family, friends and adults with children. Be it a couple with an infant or toddler, parents with older children, two couples, a group of friends/ work colleagues. We can alter/ modify the apartment to suit your stay, to make your experience comfortable.

Accessibility
All areas from the Disability parking space at the front of the building, through the Foyer, into the lift and into the property are accessible.

Accessibility may prove slightly difficult due to auto closing fire doors between the car park and foyer, but possible with the assistance of an abled person, due to step free access.

The opening space of the shower isn’t wide enough for wheel chair access, but may be suitable for people able to transfer between aids. Please advise if you require a shower chair and we will provide one.

Please note - The sliding doors between the inside of the property and the balcony have a large step/ Hob and is not wheelchair accessible, due to the buildings design.
