„It was a clean and fairly adequate motel except for the mattresses and other furniture. Out of three beds in our room, one was adequate and the other two were worn out and visibly sunken. There weren’t many amenities (ice, front desk, etc) but the lack of comfortable furnishings in the room - sunken beds, only a card table and three folding chairs, no place to put suitcases to open them, etc., made this property a negative for me.“

„Close to town. Good breakfast. NO bay or bay view (reason I booked). No drapes to close 1st floor window n no elevator to use second floor (orthopedic disability). Outside entrance no lock - anyone could enter and was next to my room). Broken toilet seat, tv and phone didn’t work, blood mark on top sheet next to head, mold on shower curtain, tub water wouldn’t drain, puddle in frig, bed not straightened/trash removed between stay. I’ll NEVER return. ASKiNG REFUND!“

„Great stay, close to downtown Hillsdale, large room and very friendly staff “

„Television didn’t work and while the staff offered to come look at it after 20 minutes of waiting I just went to bed. Old property that needs serious updating.“

„The owners and staff are very nice and the breakfast was great!“

„Great place to stay! We stayed for a night before heading to Ann Arbor for a Michigan football game. The restaurant right down the street is really good!“

„Low budget choice that isn’t fit for most travelers. Rooms are old and cosmetic upgrades are well beyond needed. Poor lighting in room and had no access to turn heat on. This place can be a good choice if trying to save $, but be prepared to rough it!!“

„cost was good but needs updating“
