„Couldn't have askd for a better stay! :)“

„Even if the house had been a five star, would knock it down a full star due to requirement to use Happy Guest. Found the AI host to be condescending and frustrating to deal with. Will not do another Vrbo that uses Happy Guest.Regarding house: cleanliness and conditions inside the house were good. Cleanliness of deck and deck furniture needed attention. „Best communication ever at a VRBO. When I come back, I’m there!“

„We had a wonderful time at the house! We had comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen (although a blender would be a good addition), and the TV was great. Our host was responsive and helpful. We could have used a little more light in the living area for some of our activities, but overall, this was a super comfortable and welcoming place! The fire pit was a perfect addition!“

Outdoor seating is plentiful so if the weather is good, you're all set for hanging out.“

House was also not very clean unfortunately!“

„Steve was wonderful. Venice is clean and ADORABLE! Had everything we needed for 3 days. Parking right at the door. Perfect location right on the waterfront. Got to see the eagle 2 times. Couldn't be happier with my choice “

„We rented Chris' property for my cousins wedding weekend and it was truly amazing. It is 10-15 minutes from all essentials we needed for the weekend. 8 minutes from the venue as well. It was so clean and very spacious. The outdoor amenities were incredible. The beds were super comfortable. the kitchen had all of the essentials. enough towels to last a lifetime. We are dog people though. The dogs were part of the wedding and having a such a nice place for the humans to stay as well as the dogs ...
